Application

We are trading as OSB Garden Services in Bedfordshire. These are the terms on which we sell all services to you. By ordering any of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Basis of Sale

Any quotation or estimate of Fees is valid for a maximum period of 7 days from its date unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.

 

Fees

The prices payable for the Services shall be those set out in the quotation.  Any work requested by the customer that is not set out in the quotation will be charged at the current rate person per hour and added to the invoice as extra work. Prices for Services may be calculated on a fixed fee or on a standard rate basis.

The Company reserves the right at any time to revise the prices to take account of any factor beyond the control of the Company, quantities, or specifications for the Services and or Goods which is requested by the Customer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give the Company adequate information or instructions, or because of previously unknown obstacles causing extra work or damage to machinery.

Payment Terms

Payment method – we accept bank transfers or cash on completion on the day of the service.

Bank transfer is due within 3 days of receipt of invoice.

Withdrawal and cancellation

Cancellation policy – Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you agree to be invoiced for the full price of all materials purchased to complete the agreed work.

If you cancel the service less than 24h before it is scheduled to take place, including where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable, you will be subject to a charge of the full amount of the service (labour and materials).

Change of Appointment:  if you need to change the agreed appointment date, please call 07976 612 670 to discuss alternative arrangements.

Public Liability

OSB Garden Services has public liability insurance for up to £2 million.
